1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Recall Forge, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

Recall Forge helps you build long-term knowledge through AI-powered spaced repetition. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the notes and content you submit. By using the service, you grant Recall Forge permission to process that content — including via AI/machine-learning models — in order to generate questions, feedback, and review schedules on your behalf.

4. Account & authentication

Access to Recall Forge is provided through third-party authentication (Google, GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you sign in with.

5. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Recall Forge after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
